Chip & Joanna Gaines own and operate Magnolia Homes, a remodeling and design business in Waco, Texas, and “Fixer Upper” shows the process by which the couple turn dilapidated but potential-rich houses into showplaces that are helping revitalize whole neighborhoods throughout central Texas.

1.Contest Terms: Contest commences at 11:00:00 p.m. C.S.T. October 24, 2017,  and closes at 5:59:59 p.m. C.S.T. January 28, 2018.

2.Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, the posted sweepstakes are open to residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Texwood Shows and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win.

3.How To Enter.One entry per person, per email address. Multiple entries by means of software generated or other automated processes will be disregarded.

4.Winner Selection. Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will occur within 5 days of close of sweepstakes.

5.Prizes and Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6.Winner Notification and Acceptance. Winners will be notified within 5 days of close of giveaway at the email address given during entry if necessary we will make an attempt to call them as well. To claim prize, each winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification or a new winner will be drawn. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
